1. Inleiding
Robin Rocks is jouw AI-gedreven vastgoedassistent. Wij hechten grote waarde aan jouw privacy en zorgen ervoor dat alle gegevens veilig en transparant worden verwerkt. In deze privacyverklaring leggen wij uit hoe wij omgaan met persoonlijke en zakelijke gegevens wanneer je onze diensten gebruikt.
2. Wie wij zijn
Robin Rocks (“wij”, “ons”, “onze”) biedt AI-oplossingen voor vastgoedprofessionals. Ons platform werkt binnen Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot Studio en onze eigen beveiligde webapplicatie.
3. Soorten gegevens die wij verwerken
Afhankelijk van hoe jullie onze diensten gebruiken, verwerken wij binnen jullie tenant de volgende categorieën gegevens:
  • Vastgoedgegevens: adressen, objectbeschrijvingen, waarderingen, foto’s, documenten en gerelateerde metadata.
  • Klantgegevens: namen, contactinformatie, voorkeuren, interactiegeschiedenis en notities van medewerkers.
  • Medewerkergegevens: namen, functies, contactgegevens en gebruikersinformatie voor systeemtoegang.
  • Gebruiksgegevens: interactielogs, sessie-informatie en analyses voor het bewaken van de prestaties binnen jullie tenant.
  • Technische gegevens: systeem-ID’s, configuratie-instellingen en beveiligingsgegevens die worden beheerd via Azure Active Directory.
Al deze gegevens blijven binnen jullie eigen tenant en onder beheer van jullie organisatie.
4. Gegevensverwerking
Wanneer jullie organisatie zich abonneert op onze diensten, wordt er een eigen Azure Active Directory-tenant aangemaakt.
Alle gegevens die door Robin Rocks worden verwerkt — zoals vastgoed-, klant- en medewerkerinformatie — worden uitsluitend opgeslagen en beveiligd binnen jullie eigen tenantomgeving.
Wij delen, verkopen of verstrekken deze gegevens nooit aan derden buiten die omgeving.
5. Gegevensbeveiliging
Alle verwerking vindt plaats binnen het Microsoft Azure-ecosysteem, dat voldoet aan de hoogste beveiligings- en compliance-eisen.
Toegang tot de gegevens is beperkt tot geautoriseerde gebruikers binnen jullie Azure Active Directory-groep. Wij bewaken continu de veiligheid en volgen de beste praktijken voor gegevensbescherming.
6. Gebruik van gegevens
Jullie gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om:
  • AI-gedreven vastgoedinzichten en automatisering te leveren;
  • De gebruikerservaring binnen jullie tenant te verbeteren;
  • De werking en ondersteuning van het platform te waarborgen.
Wij gebruiken jullie gegevens nooit om publieke AI-modellen te trainen of voor andere doeleinden buiten jullie eigen omgeving.
7. Derde partijen
Robin Rocks integreert alleen met Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure en onze eigen webapplicatie.
Geen enkel extern systeem krijgt toegang tot jullie gegevens, tenzij jullie daar expliciet toestemming voor geven.
8. Jouw rechten
Jullie behouden het volledige eigendom en de controle over jullie gegevens.
Je kunt inzage, correctie of verwijdering van gegevens aanvragen via jullie Azure-beheerder of door contact op te nemen met onze supportafdeling.

  • Property data: addresses, property descriptions, valuations, photos, documents, and related metadata.
  • Customer data: names, contact information, property preferences, interaction history, and notes created by your team.
  • Employee data: names, roles, contact details, and user account information necessary for system access.
  • Usage data: interaction logs, session information, and analytics that help monitor platform performance within your tenant.
  • Technical data: system identifiers, configuration settings, and security credentials managed through Azure Active Directory.
All of this data remains within your dedicated tenant and under your organization’s control.
4. Data Processing
When you subscribe to our services, a dedicated Azure Active Directory tenant is created for your organization. All data processed by Robin Rocks — including property, customer, and employee information — is stored and secured within your own tenant environment. We do not share, sell, or transfer this data to any third party outside your tenant.
5. Data Security
All processing is performed within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, leveraging enterprise-grade security and compliance measures. Access to your data is restricted to authorized users in your tenant’s Azure Active Directory group. We continuously monitor and apply best practices for data protection and privacy.
6. Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively to:
  • Deliver AI-driven real estate insights and automation;
  • Improve and personalize your experience within your tenant;
  • Maintain and support platform functionality.
We never use your data to train public AI models or for any purpose outside your environment.
7. Third-Party Services
Robin Rocks integrates only with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure, and our proprietary web front-end. No external systems have access to your tenant data unless explicitly approved by you.
8. Your Rights
You retain full ownership and control of your data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data through your Azure administrator or by contacting our support team.
